Maine art workshop July 24 -28, 2017
American Contemporary plein air painter.
I've been holding this workshop for 11 years on Monhegan Island with clinical psychologist Molly DeLaney who provides creative visualization techniques to help participants immerse themself in the higher vibrational energy of this tiny island 10 miles off the coast of Maine.
Step off the boat and back in time about 60 years, when life was simple and slower. The island is a half mile wide, by one and a half miles long and boasts the highest headlands on the East Coast at 165 ft above sea level and 12 miles of trails, as 3/4 of Monhegan Island is undeveloped, thanks to an association protecting the lands by Ted Edison in 1954, the youngest child of inventor Thomas Edison.
Everywhere you look is a 'painting waiting to be created' .
